My dog has tumors on her. What do I do?

My 6 1/2 year old Golden just finished 6 weeks of chemotherapy induction for lymphoma. The recommendation is now bi-weekly chemo indefinitely. Cost is rapidly becoming an issue. Is there "magic" to the biweekly, or would monthly chemo be an option?
